Slaviska klassiker och julkonsert

Cette fin de semaine était placée sous le signe de la musique !!! Tout d'abord vendredi soir un superbe concert de musique classique slave à l'opéra d'Umeå, au programme : La Moldau de Smetana, le concerto pour violon de Bartók et la symphonie n°7 de Dvořák. Très belle prestation, j'ai été particulièrement impressionnée par la soliste violoniste : Suyoen Kim (qui n'était âgée que de 20 ans !).

Et vendredi soir concert de Noël avec le nationskören (la chorale). Voici quelques photos ainsi qu'une petite nouvelle petite vidéo. Plus de détails et la version anglaise une prochaine fois, je dois aller préparer mon sac pour la safari norvégien, départ demain matin 8h.

This end of week was definitely musical ! It started on Thursday evening with a wonderful slavic classical concert at the Norrlands opera (in Umeå). The orchestra played : The Moldau, by Smetana, the violin concerto n°1 by Bartók and the symphony n° 7 by Dvořák. It was a very beautiful performance, I was really impressed by the violin soloist : Suyoen Kim, who was only 20 years old !

Then, on Friday evening, we had a christmas concert with the Nationskören (the choir). Here are some pictures and new video. I am now going to pack my things for the Norwegian safari, we are leaving tomorrow morning at 8 !
